Which payment methods are possible?
It is possible to pay with Paypal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by payment in advance (by bank transfer).
Note: Payment by credit card or payment in advance can only be made from step 4 of the order process (after entering the personal data and delivery address).
I have transferred. When will my item be delivered?
Every order must first be confirmed by us.
Once your order has been confirmed, it depends on the type of item you ordered, when it arrives.
Merchandise items such as all T-shirts or the I-Phone-Case are produced by external companies. As soon as we have received your payment, the production of your article will start. Usually you can expect to receive your order within 7 working days.
Items like "Flotti Karotti", "God hates Germany", "Keta Banana", "Pretzel-sticks" or "The White Socks" are pieces of art that are personally produced and shipped by the artist on demand. The delivery time can therefore take up to 14 working days.
The same delivery time applies to all works which are for sale under the category "Art" and the art book "Grandits 4 All Book".
